Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex queries, and providing timely support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of resolving issues efficiently and effectively. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with 3PL providers to ensure quality and timely deliveries of orders
- Process customer orders through ERP systems
- Investigate customer claims and approve compensation where applicable
- Create new customer accounts and manage existing customer information
- Support team members during high-volume periods
- Experience from a customer service or sales environment
- Proven ability to resolve customer enquiries with active listening and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work towards service targets
- High attention to detail and data input accuracy
- Team-orientated mindset
