Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Strategic Partnership Growth Manager to drive growth and profitability through developing and executing strategic partnerships.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with key partners, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement partnership strategies that meet business objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key corporate partners
  • Identifying new business growth opportunities and multi-line cross-sells to maximise penetration of client base and improve product density within negotiated product lines
  • Reviewing sales metrics for online products and developing action plans to promote growth and/or address performance trends within assigned panel
  • Maintaining Salesforce (CRM tool) inclusive of all engagement activity and updated key contact information

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a BDM/Account Manager, ideally within Insurance or Financial Services
  • Outstanding Customer Service and Relationship Building skills
  • Ability to lead by influence with Partners/Brokers and Underwriters
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment by supporting and engaging with team members at all levels
  • Product knowledge and pipeline development skills to fulfil growth opportunities
  • Experience using a CRM (ideally Salesforce) system to maintain engagement activity, key contact information and pipeline development
