  • Maintain accurate records and process payments using property systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front office, guest service, or receptionist role (desired)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and payments
  • Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
  • Availability to work across a rotating roster including weekends, early mornings, and evenings
