We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Ambassador

This role is part of our dynamic Front Office team and requires a unique blend of skills, knowledge and experience. As a key representative of the hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of daily VIPs, promotions and services
  • Providing proactive support to guests with inquiries, requests and complaints
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Fostering positive relationships with guests, colleagues and stakeholders
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a front office or customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in hotel systems
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at a desk for extended periods
  • Full Manual driving license
