Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our front-of-house team as a Hospitality Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

  • Manage incoming calls via the switchboard with professionalism and poise.
  • Ensure strict security protocols are maintained at all times, safeguarding guest confidentiality and safety.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front office or similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently surprise and delight our guests through proactive service.
  • Confidence in approaching people to initiate conversations and build rapport.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by business demands.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A valid manual driver's license is a plus but not essential.
