Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our Front Office team as a Hotel Front Office Ambassador. As a key representative of the hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the guest journey is smooth and guests receive excellent service.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage and other needs, providing personalized support to ensure a seamless check-in experience.
  • Assist guests with departure, including handling and transporting luggage to and from vehicles, guaranteeing a hassle-free departure.
  • Offer information about hotel facilities and local points of interest in Sydney to guests, enhancing their overall stay and creating memorable experiences.
Requirements
  • Well-groomed appearance and ability to lift and carry luggage, and other items.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient task management and high-quality results.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
