- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in sales leadership and management. They should also be able to think strategically and make informed decisions.

- Strong technical understanding of commercial insurance products.
