Solar Sales Executive

TCL Solar is currently seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead and further develop our solar module sales in the utility power plant segment in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute TCL Solar's sales strategies for the Power Plant market segment in Australia, ensuring quarterly & annual plans are met.
- Expand the pipeline of sales opportunities across multiple geographies by generating high-quality leads and qualifying prospects.
- Build relationships with key personnel at target accounts in the Asian region, including electric utility executives.
- Lead regional sales & support teams in developing project proposals and responses to competitive RFPs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or business.
- 10+ years' experience in the energy industry or infrastructure environment, ideally in the electric power generation sector.
- Complex selling experience: prospects comprise multiple stakeholders influencing buying decisions in large organizations.
- Selling experience of $10-50M+ projects over extended sales cycles to first-time and repeat buyers.
