Job Description:

Sidel is looking for a highly motivated sales professional to manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities in the Oceania region.

Key Objectives:
  • Meet budgeted sales and margin targets for the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and integrators.
  • Negotiate and issue price lists, present quotes, and maintain accurate sales pipeline data.
  • Represent Sidel at industry events and conferences, networking with trade and sales organizations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English; French language proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products for sales management.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in capital equipment sales and territory management, particularly in packaging and rigid plastic industries.
  • Established customer base and network in Beverage, Food, Home & Personal Care sectors.
  • Significant knowledge of rigid container equipment, markets, and industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills.
