Senior Customer Retention Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Renewal Manager to drive predictable revenue, reduce churn, and help our customers continue their journey of growth.
As a key member of our team, you'll lead the full renewal cycle, ensuring contracts are retained and relationships strengthened. You'll work cross-functionally with our teams to align strategies and keep customers on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the renewal process from first outreach through to agreement
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
- Negotiate renewal terms that meet both customer and business goals
- Identify opportunities for upsell and multi-year agreements
- Improve our renewal processes and playbooks to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
