Head of Customer Success
Description:We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer success function. As the Head of Customer Success, you'll be responsible for building and running onboarding and implementation workflows that deliver value fast.
You'll create playbooks, processes, and systems to support a growing customer base, lead and mentor a small team while remaining hands-on across key accounts and escalations, partner with product and engineering to champion customer feedback and insights, and drive renewals and expansions through proactive measures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
