Key Position: Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a key role where they will be responsible for cultivating lasting relationships with clients and promoting customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a talent for engaging clients, and the ability to provide a positive user experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key personnel within their companies
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer satisfaction and utilisation of features
  • Drive customer retention efforts and proactively work to improve retention rates
  • Orientate existing processes and initiatives using best practice knowledge and systems
  • Promote new products and services to drive growth and adoption
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of our product and services to assist clients with their needs
  • Organise product workshops and webinars to enhance user experience
  • Manage customer grievances to ensure client retention rate is upheld
  • Collaborate with the team to meet business objectives

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to provide flexible and timely solutions
  • Talent for developing and maintaining close stakeholder and client relationships
