
Employee Experience Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to provide operational support to managers and employees within the organization, as well as the People and Culture team. This involves managing the employment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring all HR registers, processes, and systems are maintained and updated.
- This includes administrative tasks such as creating and maintaining employment contracts, handling employee changes, and updating HR records in a timely manner.
- A key responsibility will be to arrange and facilitate induction training for new starters, ensuring they receive comprehensive guidance and support.
- Another critical duty is preparing probationary period reporting and sending reminders to managers and employees.
- Internal staff will also require assistance with ad-hoc requests, including management of the People and Culture inbox and acknowledging queries within agreed timeframes.
- Previous experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of people and culture practices.
- Multitasking and ability to learn and adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, demonstrated through stakeholder engagement and management of competing priorities.
- Sound computer literacy and technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
