As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our employee experience and culture. You will be responsible for designing and delivering initiatives that strengthen leadership, engagement, and organisational capability. This includes developing employee engagement and Voice of Employee programs, leading onboarding and EVP initiatives, and coordinating employee events and celebrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver employee engagement and Voice of Employee programs to enhance the employee experience.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Lead recognition and reward initiatives to motivate and appreciate employees' hard work and contributions.
  • Coordinate and deliver employee events, leadership days, and celebrations to foster a sense of community and connection among employees.
  • Design and deliver leadership and capability-building programs to grow internal talent and develop future leaders.
  • Analyse survey and program data to provide actionable insights and inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in Organisational Development, Employee Experience, or Learning and Development.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or Organisational Psychology.
  • Experience designing and delivering EX and leadership programs.
  • Event planning and coordination experience.
  • Strong project and change management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical solutions.
