To achieve this goal, we are seeking individuals who share our view and have a career path to future leadership roles. The successful candidate will possess demonstrable event co-ordination experience, graphic design, marketing, media or similar qualifications desirable.

  • Experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software is also required
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML is a must
  • A mature friendly approach to duties with a client focus and sense of urgency is necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced role is a must
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are required

The key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong client relationships through social media interaction and engagement
  • Create and design content for website, social media, and digital marketing
  • Arrange Client functions and in-house training events
  • Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing, including developing policies as necessary
  • Keep up-to-date with our audience's preferences and proactively develop new campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends
  • Produce management and sales proposals
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends and provide feedback
  • Monitor, input data, and maintain the CRM databases and website to the highest standard as required
  • Assist Directors and the Team as necessary
  • Telephone duties and general administration support as required
  • Design of merchandise, branding materials, advertising needs, brochures, photography, media
  • Create and edit video publications and manage website library

  • Participate and contribute to weekly activities, including team meetings and knowledge updates
  • Be prepared to learn a variety of aspects of the property industry and support other team members
