
Event Coordination Specialist

The marketing and event coordination role at our company is designed to create a happy, cohesive work environment. With a history dating back to 1889, we have set high standards for ourselves.

To achieve this goal, we are seeking individuals who share our view and have a career path to future leadership roles. The successful candidate will possess demonstrable event co-ordination experience, graphic design, marketing, media or similar qualifications desirable.
- Experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software is also required
- Familiarity with web design and HTML is a must
- A mature friendly approach to duties with a client focus and sense of urgency is necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced role is a must
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are required
The key responsibilities include:
- Building strong client relationships through social media interaction and engagement
- Create and design content for website, social media, and digital marketing
- Arrange Client functions and in-house training events
- Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities
- Establish best practices in digital marketing, including developing policies as necessary
- Keep up-to-date with our audience's preferences and proactively develop new campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends
- Produce management and sales proposals
- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends and provide feedback
- Monitor, input data, and maintain the CRM databases and website to the highest standard as required
- Assist Directors and the Team as necessary
- Telephone duties and general administration support as required
- Design of merchandise, branding materials, advertising needs, brochures, photography, media
- Create and edit video publications and manage website library
- Manage advertising needs, brochures, photography, media as required
- Participate and contribute to weekly activities, including team meetings and knowledge updates
- Be prepared to learn a variety of aspects of the property industry and support other team members
