Job Summary: As a Roster Clerk, you will provide administrative support to the Officer in Charge by compiling staff rosters and performing associated duties.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Roster compilation and maintenance in consultation with the Officer in Charge/Team Management.
- Monitoring and reporting of unplanned leave trends.
- Special service requirements management, including invoicing and reconciliation of returns.
- Maintenance of divisional training records and monitoring of training requirements for all employees.
- Equity requirements and associated budget monitoring.
- Correspondence, statistics, and associated returns processing according to approved procedures.
- Advice provision to employees regarding Industrial and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement matters.
- Identification of improvement opportunities through continuous quality management approaches.
