Administration Roster Coordinator Role

The Administration Officer position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of facilities through streamlined administration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle incoming contacts, including telecommunications, personal contacts, and mail to ensure timely responses.
  • Assist the Residence Manager with stock control using the Arcare order system as directed, optimizing inventory levels.
  • Facilitate residence management by ensuring administration systems are aligned with operational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar administration role within the health or aged care industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage rostering and staff allocations effectively, enhancing workplace productivity.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office, Rostering Software (Time Target/Human Force), spreadsheets, databases, and Outlook, is essential.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as an Administration Certificate/Diploma, combined with experience in a relevant setting, is highly desirable.
