Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Roster Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and efficient rosters for all staff members.
About the Role
- The Roster Administrator will be required to maintain staff profiles in our electronic rostering system, ensuring they accurately reflect position, hours, award, area, and shift.
- This role involves actioning updates or changes to rosters due to personal leave, shift swap requests or other unforeseen requirements.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in rostering is highly regarded, and relevant experience with electronic rostering systems is also an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate and efficient rosters for all staff members
- Maintain staff profiles in our electronic rostering system
- Action updates or changes to rosters
- Monitor staff availability and manage communications
