Workforce Planning Senior Analyst

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Senior Analyst to join our Strategy and Performance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and governance on our strategic workforce planning agenda, ensuring the health of all programs in our portfolio, and managing strategic workforce planning.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Source and transform data to build and run a timely and accurate volume forecast
* Deliver actionable insights to contribute to the optimization of our workforces, our customers' experience, and enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions
* Enable and empower leaders to create a flexible workforce to keep up with the ever-changing needs and expectations of our customers
* Use data and advanced analytics techniques to identify opportunities to innovate, optimize workforces and processes, and continuously improve
* Embed workforce planning practices in the businesses we support and provide insights to enable data-driven decision-making

**Requirements**

* Strong demonstrated experience in data analysis, forecasting, and workforce planning
* Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to support with requirements definition, report scope, and planning
* Experience in predictive modeling, time series forecasting (ARIMA, STL, ETS), A/B testing, spatial analytics, workforce optimization (linear programming)
* Display an understanding of quantitative activities such as scenario forecast modeling and workforce analytics to generate actionable value-add insights from complex data
* Experience with large data sets and data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS
* Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience (computer science, statistics, mathematics, workforce planning, contact center or related disciplines)
* Possess knowledge of Financial Services industry and/or Banking Operations (would be highly regarded)
