Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the bank has the right skills and resources to meet customer needs.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Design and implement workforce models and scenarios to support business planning and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience in workforce planning and analysis, preferably in a banking or financial services organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leaders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning methodologies and tools, including forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce modeling.
