We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team at Qantas. As a key member of our Workforce Planning team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing crew pairings and rostering to achieve optimal operational consistency and reduce expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and insights to inform planning decisions
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in workforce planning or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced numeracy skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
