About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workforce Planning Manager to join our team at Bendigo & Adelaide Bank. As a key member of our workforce planning function, you will play a critical role in providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business needs and drive operational efficiency
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address workforce capacity and skills gaps
  • Design and implement workforce analytics and reporting solutions to support business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workforce planning and analytics, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools
