Job Title

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the daily care and well-being of young people in our residential care homes.

  • This is a leadership position that requires exceptional leadership skills, therapeutic care techniques, and inspiring role modeling.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications or experience in behavioural management programs for children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and lead a team of residential care workers.
  2. Participate collaboratively and constructively within teams.

Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma with substantial experience.
  • Proven skills and experience in behavioural management programs for children and adolescents.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, lead and support a team of residential care workers.
