Foster a healthy, harmonious home environment through exceptional leadership, therapeutic care techniques, and inspiring role modeling. Guide and support a team of Residential Carers to ensure every day is filled with growth, stability, and positive development for the young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily care and well-being of young people in residential care homes
  • Supervision and leadership of Residential Care Workers
  • Development of behavioral management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviors
  • Participation in collaborative teams and effective personal judgment when working alone

Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma with substantial experience including four (4) additional mandatory competencies
  • Proven skills and experience in development of behavioral management programs
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, lead and support a team of residential care workers
