Lead Residential Care Practitioner

Are you a dedicated and experienced leader looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people? We are seeking a passionate and skilled Residential House Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:Fostering a safe, healthy, and harmonious home environment is at the heart of this role. You will oversee the daily care and well-being of young people in residential care homes, working closely with the Residential Care Coordinator to ensure every day is filled with growth, stability, and positive development.
As a key member of our Out of Home Care Program, you will be responsible for exceptional leadership, therapeutic care techniques, and inspiring role modelling. Your mission will be to create a positive and supportive environment that encourages young people to thrive.
The successful candidate will have a relevant bachelor's degree or diploma, experience in developing behavioural management programs, and demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team. They will also have knowledge of the residential care field, particularly within a therapeutic environment.
