The Fresh Collective is seeking a seasoned and visionary Executive Culinary Director to spearhead our culinary operations in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work closely with a talented corporate team to elevate and innovate our food offerings, while creating exciting and fresh ideas that push the boundaries of dining experiences.

With a Monday to Friday schedule and primarily daytime shifts, you'll bring your culinary expertise to create bespoke dishes and menus that showcase locally sourced, fresh ingredients.

About the Role

  • Lead a small kitchen team and conduct regular training sessions to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Produce high-quality dishes and menus that meet our exceptional standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef, preferably in a catering company.
  • Strong leadership and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and train a kitchen team.
  • Passionate about creating and producing high-quality dishes that exceed expectations.
