Executive Culinary Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team at the Westower Tavern.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run the pass during busy service times to ensure timely and accurate preparation of dishes.
  • Menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
  • Create and manage staff rosters.
  • Manage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
  • Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture.
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets.
  • Trade Cooking qualifications.
  • The desire to be part of a fun, productive, and professional team.
