Part-Time Office Coordinator Role

This is an opportunity for a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team as a Part-time Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the office environment, and assisting with bookkeeping tasks.

  • Coordinate all meetings held in the office, prepare meeting presentations, and manage printing and stationary requirements.
  • Manage events, functions, and catering arrangements as required.
  • Handle enquiries with expediency, accuracy, and courtesy.
  • Maintenance of Petty Cash.
  • Social Media and website management.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties as directed.
  • Reception duties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and experience with Xero or MYOB. A positive mindset and team player approach are essential for this role.
