Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time role that offers flexibility and the opportunity for personal and professional development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-of-office reception, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and responding to customer inquiries. You will also assist with administrative tasks, such as coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining office equipment.

About the Role

This role requires autonomy and the ability to make decisions while maintaining high-quality service standards. You will work independently and collaboratively with team members to plan, organize, and carry out activities that support our business goals and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet external visitors, customers, and couriers.

- Manage front-of-office reception, including answering calls and responding to customer inquiries.

- Liaise with interstate and international offices.

- Coordinate staff travel and accommodation arrangements.

- Maintain office equipment, supplies, and facilities.

About You

- Experience in office management, administration, or customer service.

- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in computer software and willingness to learn new technologies.

- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

An Australian Federal Police (AFP) National Police check is required prior to appointment.
