Part-Time Venue Coordinator Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Venue Coordinator.
">As a key member of our Front of House team, you will assist the Venue Manager with various tasks including:
">- Staff Rostering">
- Completing weekly running sheets for the Front of House team">
- Managing clients' events (mainly Saturdays & Sundays)">
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be self-motivated and driven, and possess strong communication skills. You will also be able to work well under pressure and be available to work weekends as part of a part-time roster.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist the Venue Manager with day-to-day operations">
- Coordinate staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels">
- Manage client events and bookings">
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests">
Requirements:
">- High school diploma or equivalent">
- Excellent organizational and communication skills">
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines">
- Availability to work weekends as part of a part-time roster">
