We have exciting opportunities in a diverse portfolio of projects for dynamic and experienced Project Coordinators to join our high performing team. 

About the Role

Due to continued growth within our business, we have an exciting opportunity for experienced Project Coordinators to join our team. You will be managing and resolving the detail design for the project, manage subcontractors and service supplies to deliver a high-quality service and successful construction project.

Supporting the Project Manager, your responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Design management and services coordination
  • Client coordination and supporting stakeholder engagement
  • Tendering and procurement of trades
  • Cost Management and monthly financial reporting
  • Site Establishment and planning
  • Quality Control
  • Construction coordination and management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be driven, flexible and passionate. You will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Project coordination, tendering or project management experience
  • Previous experience in design coordination
  • Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub-contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements
  • Proven industry experience on commercial building projects
  • Formal qualification in Engineering (Civil, Project Management or Structural), Construction Management or Built Environment.
  • Permanent residency or Citizenship of Australia
  • White card
  • Valid Driver's Licence in South Australia
