Clinical Program Manager

The Adult Survivors Program is a challenging opportunity to lead the establishment and implementation of a specialist integrated program.
This program aims to provide expert clinical, strategic, educational, and programmatic expertise for adult survivors of child sexual abuse with complex needs.
As Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the development of local clinical networks and relationships, establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with relevant services and clinicians.
You will also facilitate partnerships between services to improve service delivery and coordination, providing high-level clinical advice and education.

- Degree in Social Work or Related Field
- Postgraduate Clinical Experience
- Negotiation, Decision-Making, and Advocacy Skills
- Ability to Provide High-Level Clinical Advice
- Experience working in rural and remote areas with a strong understanding of unique challenges and opportunities presented by these environments
- Ability to adapt to a relaxed country lifestyle while providing facilities of a regional hub
