Job Title: Clinical Program Coordinator for Adult Survivor Services

The Clinical Program Coordinator - Adult Survivors role is designed to provide expert clinical leadership and strategic support in the implementation of NSW Health's Adult Survivors Program.

This position will lead the establishment and management of local clinical networks, foster effective partnerships between services and stakeholders, and contribute to the development of high-quality clinical services that cater to the unique needs of adult survivors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced clinical expertise and leadership in program development and implementation.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of local clinical networks and relationships.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships between services and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and coordination.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Social work qualifications aligned with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) policy, coupled with a commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning.
  • Substantial postgraduate clinical experience in delivering counseling, group work, parenting, and case management interventions to clients facing child protection, violence, neglect, and trauma.
  • Exceptional negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Capacity to offer high-level clinical advice and education to enhance service delivery, including supervision on violence, abuse, and neglect matters.
