Job Overview:

The Porter is a critical role that requires a high level of customer service and attention to detail. As a Porter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing efficient and courteous luggage handling services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport and store guest luggage in a timely and secure manner
  • Ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures by efficiently handling their requests
  • Handle guest enquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy
  • Be familiar with hotel facilities, including guest rooms, restaurants, bars, convention, and casino areas
  • Park and collect guest/patrons' vehicles promptly and without damage
  • Complete valet dockets clearly and correctly
  • Assist Doorman as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity or relevant industry
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Affinity for the local area, including knowledge of the community and its surroundings
  • Strong organizational skills for coordinating guest requests and tasks
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating shifts
