We are seeking an exceptional Night Hospitality Host to provide a warm and personalized welcome to our guests.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently checking guests in and out, using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction, coordinating with various departments to anticipate and meet guest needs, working as part of a professional team to deliver on our promise of friendly and reliable stays, and being responsible for the safety and wellbeing of guests and property overnight.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a warm and friendly demeanor, and previous experience in a front office environment. They will embody our core values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership and Now.

  • Addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinating with various departments to anticipate and meet guest needs, providing seamless service delivery.
