  • Upsell hotel products and services proactively, leveraging product knowledge to drive revenue growth

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations
  • An enthusiastic approach, excellent attention to detail, and superior customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
