The Personal Care Assistant will work in a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and services to residents living in three houses over two levels.
- Key responsibilities include delivering resident-focused care using a person-centred approach, adhering to care plans, Aged Care Standards and organisational policies/procedures.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care, collaborating with other staff members to ensure seamless information sharing.
- A certificate in aged care, ideally at Certificate III or IV level, is highly valued.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to operate within a team environment and document progress according to requirements is crucial.
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care principles is expected.
