**Job Role Overview**

As a Resident Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live full and social lives in a safe environment.

This role is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

We are seeking someone who can work closely with the care team to provide support and reassurance to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Your primary duties will include:

  • ">
  • Visiting and supporting residents who are bed bound or require high levels of support">
  • Assisting residents to connect and engage with their community">
  • Taking on activities and tasks as needed, including helping residents maintain their living spaces">
  • Answering call bells in a timely manner and providing reassurance and assistance within scope of duties">
  • Supporting food/dining related activities under the direction of the senior carer">
  • Assisting residents who require no manual handling to undertake activities of daily living">

  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 days a week">
  • Studying Aged Care/Nursing or have a real desire to work with the elderly">
  • Full vaccination for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza">
