Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced residence leader to oversee daily operations and provide high-quality care to residents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Oversee leadership roles, including clinical, environmental, catering, lifestyle, and administration teams. This includes hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a competent and well-functioning team.
  • Resident Care: Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure residents receive high-quality care that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets effectively to support resident and staff needs while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Quality Improvement: Implement quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall standard of care and services provided to residents.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards specific to aged care facilities.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and foster a positive and transparent environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior management or leadership roles within the aged care sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
