About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will focus on providing individualized support and care according to each resident's needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized support and care to residents based on their unique needs and strengths.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to all residents.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working in an aged care facility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with residents and colleagues.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check.
