Senior Resident Experience Manager

The role of a Senior Resident Experience Manager is pivotal in creating an inviting atmosphere for residents, fostering genuine relationships and delivering exceptional care.
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team on a Full-Time basis (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm). As a Senior Resident Experience Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing programs that cater to the social, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents.
Your typical day will involve:
- Building strong connections with residents and their families
- Developing engaging activities that promote resident satisfaction and well-being
- Coordinating group events and outings that enhance quality of life
- Collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless delivery of services
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of each resident. We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, a passion for building meaningful relationships, and a commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences.
Requirements:
- A Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent qualification
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
