Senior Complaints Resolution Specialist

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is seeking a Senior Complaints Resolution Specialist to assume responsibility for resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner.

You will work collaboratively with complainants, individuals receiving care, their supporters, and service providers to identify concerns and develop options for resolution. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to interpret information presented, including identifying, prioritising, escalating, and managing risks within your caseload.

This role requires high-level analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to assess and manage risk. You must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong stakeholder engagement abilities, and the capacity to maintain productive working relationships.

Prior experience in complaints management, dispute resolution, legal services, aged care, clinical expertise, or financial services would be highly regarded. Registered Nurses may be eligible for a nursing allowance.
