
Chief Complaint Resolutions Specialist

The Principal Resolution Officer plays a key role in leading and coordinating the Local Resolution and Conciliation processes of health service complaints. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of high-quality resolution of complaints through local resolution and conciliation.
This is a vital position that requires a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and expertise in conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
- Build and sustain relationships to enable collaborative delivery of resolution functions.
- Lead performance improvement and development of resolution functions to support strategic objectives.
- Provide training and guidance on effective resolution skills.
- Support and supervise team members in managing health complaints.
- Candidate must be able to act as a Conciliator under section 286 of the Health Ombudsman Act 2013.
- Prior experience in conflict resolution or a related field is highly desirable.
- Candidates must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
This is a full-time position requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
