Public Sector People is recruiting for an A05 Complaints Resolution Specialist on behalf of a State Government Department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve service complaints, notifications, and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assess and escalate high-risk matters to relevant stakeholders.
- Apply relevant legislation, standards, and codes of conduct to resolve complaints fairly and equitably.
- Maintain accurate complaint and enquiry records in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Contract Duration: 3-Month Contract + Possible Extension
Location: Central Brisbane CBD
Hourly Rate: Attractive Hourly Rate – $68.22 + Super
- Previous experience interpreting and applying legislation.
- Skilled in dispute resolution, negotiation, and conciliation.
- Clear, confident, and respectful communicator with resilience to manage sensitive information.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work autonomously under limited supervision.
This role involves frequent exposure to personal and confidential information, which may be challenging. It is essential to handle this information with great care and sensitivity.
