Job Title: Technical Business Partner

The role of a Technical Business Partner is to bridge the gap between possibilities and reality for clients. This involves being a trusted guide from initial conversations through onboarding, adoption, and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A background in accounting with 3–5 years of hands-on tax return preparation/review experience in Australian public practice.
  • A consultative mindset: proactive, empathetic, and laser-focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
  • Natural relationship-building skills with the ability to thrive on collaboration and trust.
  • Organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities with precision.
  • Independent, yet a team player, equally comfortable leading or supporting.
