Job Title: Technical Expert Partner

Description

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Expert Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering our product and driving business outcomes for our customers.

Your primary focus will be on gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and utilizing your technical expertise to ensure the successful implementation of our solution.

You will lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution deployment, leveraging excellent communication skills to present complex concepts to stakeholders.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will work closely with our customers' Information Security and Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to understand their processes and ensure a seamless ServiceNow implementation.

Responsibilities
  1. Use exceptional communication skills to lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution deployment, including presenting technical and business concepts to stakeholders.
  2. Contribute as a key member of our expert team, configuring Applications, Workflows, and UI, while working in diverse, matrixed project teams with strong customer-centric interpersonal skills.
  3. Provide thought leadership in customer meetings and workshops, identifying customer use cases, requirements, and inputs for overall deployment success.
  4. Develop innovative ideas for best practices, service offerings, and implementation methodologies to share with our global team.
  5. Mentor colleagues, customers, and delivery partners in configuration best practices for Security Operations and GRC applications.
