The Opportunity:

Ashurst is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Pursuit Leader to join our Global Pursuit Team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing win strategies and managing end-to-end pursuits of our most strategic opportunities.

Our Global Pursuit Team is a dynamic and passionate group of professionals dedicated to generating profitable business for the firm. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Pursuit Team, the wider Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners, and other key stakeholders to develop bids and proposals.

Our success over the past few years has led to significant growth, and we are now looking for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm. As part of our commitment to excellence and professional development, we are a Corporate member of APMP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement win strategies for strategic pursuits
  • Manage end-to-end pursuit processes, including stakeholder engagement and project management
  • Collaborate with the Global Pursuit Team, Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners, and other key stakeholders to develop bids and proposals
  • Provide expert advice on pursuit management and win strategy development
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritizing and allocating resources effectively
