Job Description

A part-time opportunity exists for an experienced HR Business Partner to support the achievement of departmental and organisational key performance indicators.

The successful candidate will provide professional human resource and industrial relations advice and support to staff and managers, including investigation and resolution of complex disputes, grievances and disciplinary matters.

Responsibilities include representing the employer in FW Commission or to the Ombudsman as required, partnering with managers to achieve relevant departmental and organisational KPIs, generating reports and providing data informed risk analysis of employee related matters, developing and delivering training/education in HR related topics, and assisting in the development, implementation and coordination of HR systems and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in a field-based HR/IR role
  • Strong knowledge in employee relations and complex case management
  • Relevant People Business Partnering experience
  • Qualifications in HRM or Industrial Relations, or equivalent experience
