We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead business development initiatives and cultivate partnerships that drive long-term, sustainable funding.

  • You're an excellent communicator and relationship builder with experience managing tenders and grants.
  • You're passionate about creating lasting impact in mental health and community services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with our organisational vision and values.
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities from government, corporate, and philanthropic sources.
  • Cultivate and manage partnerships that drive long-term, sustainable funding.
  • Oversee fundraising campaigns, donor engagement initiatives, and community giving programs.
  • Prepare compelling grant applications and tender submissions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing to build digital campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
  • Drive corporate sponsorships and collaborative initiatives, particularly in support of our mission.
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on business development outcomes.
