About This Role

This is a critical position that requires a strong leader to drive organisational performance and ensure good governance. As a Non-executive Director, you will contribute actively to strategic planning, critically analyse organisational performance, and apply relevant skills and experience.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience at board level with strong corporate governance knowledge
  • Able to contribute to strategic planning and critically analyse organisational performance
  • Deep industry knowledge and senior leadership experience (preferred)
